After what seemed like a very long question (questions ALL by Anya) and answer (attempts by myself) period, I said, "Okay Anya, that's enough questions for awhile." Anya's response, "Why?"

Why?
After about 5 requests within the same sentence, I told Anya, "Just a minute, I can only get one thing at a time." To which she responded, "Why?"

Stories
After Anya woke up from a nap, I told her a story. It included a talking banana. She said, "Mommy! Only bugs, animals and people can talk!"

Later, I was telling her a story about a new animal that arrived at her farm. Since we moved, she has been very dutiful in caring for her cow, her horses, pigs, sheep, dog and cat that all live in our little wooded area--the farm--by our apartment. One night it was raining and when John didn't let in the horse, boy oh boy, was he in trouble!
Anyway, back to the story. While I was telling her about the turtle that had arrived, I said that she took her Mommy out to see it. Then she said, "How can you see it?" I asked what she meant. She said, "You can't see the animals, Mom." I guess only she can . . .

Landscapers
The sound of landscapers (usually the leaf-blowers) send Anya screaming and running--no matter where we are, we've even been known to leave the park because of them. That's a serious fear.

Anya: "I like Saturdays because there are no landscapers and Daddy doesn't have to go to school."
Anya: "I like Saturdays because there are no landscapers and Daddy doesn't have to go to school."
Anya: "I want to live in a house like Nanzo or Alex because they don't have landscapers."
Anya: "Does Jesus love landscapers too?"

Pollen
I don't have a spot for deep thoughts like John. But here is one of mine I've been pondering for weeks now: Does anyone agree with me that GA has the highest pollen count because we have so many leaf-blowers all over the city blowing it all around?
