I've finally had time to crunch through the numbers and declare the official winner:
Congratulations to Debi Owens! She correctly guessed Olympia's gender and birth weight at 5 pounds 6 oz, and she was only two days off and 24 minutes off the birth day and time respectively. Lastly, she guessed long by just 0.25 inches! (Interestingly, she was the only one to submit her guess in a comment.)
She wins an all expenses paid trip to see Harry Potter's Wild Wizard World (the name we gave to the closet under our staircase) but we'll be around too if she wants to visit with us. We realize she might be stuck in a hurricane this weekend so we'll have to see what Irene is doing later.
It was a short contest - cut short by Olympia herself - but 29 participants were still able to submit their guesses on time. Two guesses were disqualified. You know who you are... :)
A majority of individuals guessed male:

and the most popular weight guess was 6 lbs and 14 oz; only the winner guessed 5 lbs 6 oz.
The time of day was generally randomly distributed across the 24 hours, but all guesses for the day was late. (Olympia surprised us as well!) The highlighted point is the most correct time of 10:32am, but not the correct day (which would be at the far left edge).
In general, the guesses with longer babies were expected to be heavier (a reasonable assumption or trend) but most people underestimated how small we make little girls. The winning guess is highlighted in the following graph, which was the shortest guess (17.75 inches) and almost the lightest weight. I'll let you figure out the group(s) mean(s), medians and quantiles if you want.

To all the rest of you, thanks for playing... and better luck next time!

My brother Scott had the misfortune of guessing almost the exact opposite of the day. He also guessed a male and a heavy one at that! Sorry Scott! I'll try for one next time*!
