Anya's Independence Day Trip

Here is a glimpse of how Anya spent her Independence Day weekend in Washington DC . . .

Meeting a new friend for a picnic, who happens to be one day older than her.

Visiting Great Falls National Park and posing with a swelling/pregnant mom.

Visiting the "free" zoo (parking was 15 dollars) with a very serious father.

Racing in a parade with one of her newest friends, but certainly one of her favorites already.

Having her mom AND dad all to her self (little does she know what is about to arrive in a month . . .).

Reuniting with an old friend, this one happens to be one week younger and can do somersaults.

And learning to be patriotic and appreciate her American citizenship from her Canadian green-card-holding father :) who is actually starting to pronounce flag like an American!
